The role of the flow control valve:
 It is used to limit the maximum flow of the steering oil pump, flow control valves and safety valves are generally Crafted inside the oil pump. The flow rate of the steering oil pump is related to the gear speed (and thus the engine speed proportional. 

Steering oil pump is generally designed so that even when the engine is running at high speed, its flow can also ensure the maximum movement speed of the power cylinder piston required for sharp steering.

 Working principle:
  1.At normal pressure, the piston moves to the right and the pressure relief hole is closed. Pressure relief valve do not work.
 2.When the pressure is medium, the valve plug moves to the right and the spring compresses. The pressure relief valve opens,       excess oil flows back through the pressure relief valve to oil port.
 3. When the pressure is high, the pressure relief valve is closed and the piston moves to the left. The pressure relief hole is opened, and excess oil flows through the pressure relief hole to oil return port.
